Our main operations are in Burgas and the region, but we can also discuss property management in other locations.
How much does vacation rental cleaning in Burgas cost?
Prices depend on the size of the property – e.g., a studio up to 40 sq.m costs 30 EUR (58.67 BGN), a one-bedroom apartment up to 60 sq.m – 50 EUR (97.79 BGN), and a two-bedroom apartment up to 80 sq.m –75 EUR (146.69 BGN). For houses and larger properties, the price is negotiable.
What property management packages do you offer?
We provide two main packages – Basic (18% of accommodation revenue) and Extended (25% of accommodation revenue). Additionally, we offer flexible one-time services.
What is included in the Basic Package?
Profile creation and optimization on Booking and Airbnb, marketing, dynamic pricing, guest registration, financial reporting, and 24/7 guest communication.
Can I choose individual services without a package?
Yes, we also provide one-time services such as professional photography, platform registration, cleaning, laundry, and more.
Do I need to be in Bulgaria to use your services?
No. We work with clients from abroad, providing regular updates and reports on the condition and performance of your property.
What is dynamic pricing and why is it important?
It’s a pricing strategy that adjusts rates based on seasonality and demand. This ensures maximum occupancy and revenue for your property.
